We currently cover the entire Lusaka city and its surrounding areas including Kabulonga, Woodlands, Chelston, Roma, Makeni, Chilenje, Matero, Kalingalinga, Northmead, Avondale, Longacres, and Thornpark. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us directly.
Absolutely. All WorkMotion runners go through a thorough background check and vetting process before being assigned any tasks. We take the security and confidentiality of your errands very seriously. Your items, documents, and money are always handled with professionalism and care.
Yes! We operate Monday to Saturday. For urgent Sunday requests, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Booking & Payments
Booking is easy! You can:

Once we receive your request, we will confirm your booking within 2 hours during business hours.
Our pricing is flexible and depends on the type of errand, the distance involved, and the time required. We provide a free quote for every request before any work begins, so you are never surprised. Contact us or use the "Get Quote" buttons on our services pages for an instant estimate.
We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery

Payment is typically made after the errand is completed, unless we are purchasing items on your behalf, in which case an upfront float may be required.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge if you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before may incur a small convenience fee. Please contact us via WhatsApp to make any changes.
Service Questions
Most standard errands within Lusaka are completed within 2–4 hours of confirmation. For same-day urgent errands, we aim to dispatch a runner within 30–60 minutes. Timing depends on the complexity of the task and your location.
Yes! We provide real-time WhatsApp updates at every key stage of your errand — when the runner is dispatched, when they arrive, when the task is complete, and when delivery is made. You are always kept in the loop.
No problem. If you're not home, our runner will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange an alternative. You can also specify a trusted neighbour or leave a secure pickup point. We will never leave items unattended without your explicit instruction.
Our "Meet the Seller" service is designed for safe online marketplace transactions. When you're buying something from a private seller (e.g., on Facebook Marketplace or OLX), our runner acts as your representative. They go to meet the seller, inspect the item for authenticity and condition, and complete the exchange on your behalf — keeping you safe from scams and fraud.
Absolutely! We offer recurring errand packages for clients who need regular assistance — weekly grocery runs, monthly bill payments, and more. Recurring bookings often come with preferential rates. Contact us to discuss a customised plan.
